When will my item be shipped?

Because almost all of our items are "Made to order" just for you, you can expect the following turnaround times:

Standard-size floorcloths: shipped with-in 4 weeks of order date.
Standard-size tablescapes: shipped with-in 1-2 weeks of order date.
Custom-sized floorcloths: may take 6-8 weeks of order date.
Custom-sized tablescapes: may take 3-4 weeks of order date.

How thick is a floorcloth? Will my floorcloth lay flat?

Floorcloths are about 1/8 of an inch thick at the hem.

Yes! Given a little time to settle, your floorcloth should mold to your floor. To expedite this, we often recommend a small amount of heavy-duty mounting putty under each corner and here and there along the hem to prevent tripping as it settles.

Can I have my order expedited?

Contact us with your need so we can discuss the possibility. In most cases, it is
possible, though there would be an expediting fee.

How do I care for and clean my floorcloth or tablescape?

Our floorcloths are finished with 3 layers of polyurethane; therefore, the surface is a lot like that of a hardwood floor. To clean, just sweep and damp mop as you would the rest of your floor. We do advise against steam cleaning and very harsh scrubbing. Steel wool, and other cleaning items that could potentially damage the finish, are not recommended.

Use and Care instructions are included with each order. They are also included in the description of each item allowing you
to read about their care prior to purchasing.

Are floorcloths waterproof?

Floorcloths are sealed with 3 layers of polyurethane. So, the surface is a lot like that of a hardwood floor, moderate spills and messes are fine. You don't want to let excessive amounts of moisture lay on top or get underneath the floorcloth for longer periods of time, as this could cause buckling. Messes and stains cleanup easily.

Can I use a non-skid mat under my floorcloth?

No, this is not recommended.
Floorcloths do best on a hard, flat surface. The polyurethane sealer continues
to cure and harden over time. If the surface beneath is not hard and flat,
cracking can occur.
We recommend placing a small square of Scotch brand Heavy-Duty Double-sided
tape in each corner. This will hold the floorcloth in place while it relaxes
into your floor.

Can I choose my own colors?

If you would like colors that are different than the ones listed, you may choose from
our color palate to make changes at no extra charge. If you would like colors
that are not on our palate, we are happy to accommodate, though there would be
an extra charge because of the need to purchase paint. Contact us and we will
gladly work with you.
